Consumer Complaint

1. In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we inform consumers that they can file a written consumer complaint regarding their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the provided service in the shop of Antik Spalato

2. In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we inform consumers that they can file a written consumer complaint regarding their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the provided service by mail to:

3. In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we will respond to your written complaint no later than 15 days after the receipt of your complaint.
