  1. In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we inform consumers that they can file a written consumer complaint regarding their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the provided service in the shop of Antik Spalato

  2. In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14), we inform consumers that they can file a written consumer complaint regarding their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or the provided service by mail to:
